Cassopolis Public Schools is pleased to announce our School of Choice conditions for the 2023-2024 school year.  
Sign up to be a part of the Ranger Community before the start of this school year. The first day of school is August 28, 2023 and we would be thrilled to have your student join our district.

There are two application windows for School of Choice:

Grades with unlimited enrollment can apply between August 1 to August 24, 2023.

Grades with limited slots can apply between August 1 to August 18, 2023.

School of Choice students will be considered up to the following maximum number of students at the following grade levels: 

Kindergarten - 15 students 

1st Grade - 15 students 

2nd Grade - 10 students 

3rd Grade - 10 students 

4th Grade - 10 students 

5th Grade - 15 students 

6th Grade - unlimited

7th Grade - unlimited

8th Grade - unlimited

9th Grade - unlimited

10th Grade - 15 students 

11th Grade - 10 students 

12th Grade - not accepting applications for this grade

If there are more applicants for a given grade level than the number of spaces available priority will be given to a sibling of a student already enrolled in Cassopolis Public Schools. 

Any remaining vacancies will be filled using a random selection process. 

Students who do not have residency within the district and wish to enroll after the above windows have closed will be required to request a release from their district of residence.
