Cassopolis Public Schools has been recognized for its Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) program!
MTSS is a data-driven approach to providing all students with the support they need to succeed. It uses a variety of interventions, from universal instruction to targeted and intensive support, to meet the needs of all learners.
Our school was recognized for our work in two areas:
Data use: We use data to track student progress and make sure that our MTSS program is working effectively. This data helps us to identify students who need additional support and to develop interventions that are tailored to their individual needs.
Implementation and impact: We have a strong MTSS system in place, and it is making a difference for our students. Our students are performing better academically and behaviorally, and they are more likely to graduate from high school and go on to college or careers.
We received recognition in 10 areas with each building honored for their use of fidelity data and the District as whole for data utilization. We are proud of this recognition, and we are committed to continuing to provide our students with the best possible support.
All this means that your child will have access to a variety of supports to help them succeed in school. If your child is struggling, we will work to develop a plan to help them get back on track. We are committed to helping all students reach their full potential.
If you have any questions about our MTSS program, you can
